CCIE® Voice Lab is known as one of the most challenging certifications and, therefore, has become an extremely valuable certification to obtain. In lieu of that, ieMentor is pleased to announce Personal Voice Boot Camp.

While no one can guarantee passing the lab, we are 100% behind you so you will never feel alone preparing for your lab exam. As we see it, the main reason students fail this exam even after attending training is because the concepts in most boot camps are not presented to them at the level they can understand resulting in loss of time and money.

We realize that you have many choices when it comes to your training and exam preparation. To ensure your time and money is well invested with us, we would like to offer our GUARANTEE of Clarity. Our guarantee ensures that the topics we cover will be presented in such a manner that you will understand every configuration task.

Our personal boot camp provides users with a focused attention of trainers who are experts in the area of Voice technologies. Your instructor will build on your comfort zones and find the right approach to transfer knowledge in the areas with which you are least familiar. The curriculum of this three-day boot camp is comparable to that of the five-day group boot camp; however, it offers flexibility of tailoring instruction to your individual needs.

You will be given a comprehensive mock lab developed by the ieMentor Voice team and you have two FULL days (48 hours) to complete the lab. On Day 3, we will review your lab configuration and provide detailed assessment along with the correct solutions. Based on the results, you can focus on the areas that you need to improve and spend more time practicing those areas. That is why we offer FREE lab access for another two FULL days (48 hours) so you can work on the entire lab again or practice specific tasks.

Because our personal boot camp is presented via distance learning, you can do it from the comfort of your home, office, etc. There is no expensive travel involved, no jet lag, and you have 24-hour availability to our equipment for the duration of training.

Target Audience

This boot camp is for individuals who have worked with Cisco® IP Telephony products for some time already. You would want to take this class if you are looking to strengthen your IP Telephony knowledgebase to an expert level. Those who pursue CCIE™ Voice certification will greatly benefit from this course.

Prerequisite Knowledge

• Field experience using, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco® Call Manager, Cisco® Unity, and Voice Gateways.
• Field experience using the IOS® command line interface (CLI) to configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco® IOS® devices.
• Cisco® Certified Voice Professional (CCVP®) certification is preferred.

Course Objectives

• Given a large CIPT installation, identify and troubleshoot all CIPT features.
• Design CIPT installations with scalability, efficiency, and reliability in mind.
• Understand and implement a wide variety of CIPT features in a short amount of time.
