"Thanks to Roman for an excellent week of learning! The material provided was clearly written and very well thought out, with particular attention to areas such as CSC, Inter-AS and Multicast which are hard to master on your own. All of this material plus solutions and the Dynamips file to run it yourself (or remotely on the ieMentor kit for a week) were provided which is great for revision closer to the exam. We were also provided with additional unique material and a free workbook for further study. Roman's explanations for complex topics were excellent and he encouraged questions all through the class. Particularly impressive was when after taking our class until late he logged into our configs to make sure we got individual feedback the next morning. Reading other reviews here I was worried that I mightn't be able to cope with the pace of the class as I hadn't time to prepare properly beforehand. This wasn't the case as Roman made sure that everyone got through the material to the best of their ability, you were never left to struggle on feeling lost as there was help there until however late you wanted it.
