CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or reschedule your course registration up to 45 calendar days prior to the start date of the course by providing ieMentor with a written notice by faxing to +1-408-228-8637 or e-mailing us at cancellation@iementor.com. A 10% cancellation fee will apply. For example, if the course costs $4495, the refund will be made for $4045.

Inside the 45 calendar days prior to the start date of the course, the registration fee is no longer refundable. However, you may apply your original registration fee towards another course of equal or lesser value that starts within 12 month period from the original course start date. No rescheduling fee will apply. Failure to attend the course or failure to provide a written notification to the above fax or e-mail during two calendar days before the start of the course will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

ieMentor reserves the right to change a course location or cancel a course at any time without notice. In the rare event of course cancellation, ieMentor’s liability will be limited to the registration fee only. ieMentor shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever. ieMentor will make an effort to give registered students as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrollment.

Classroom Policy

All students registered for an ieMentor course will be asked to provide 2 forms of identification (one of which must be photo identification) prior to entering the classroom.

All hand-outs and other course material are included in the course registration fee and will be provided at the beginning of the course. All course material is Copyright© of ieMentor, Corp. Duplication and/or distribution in any form is prohibited.

All methods of taping, recording, or capturing any portion of the classroom training and information presented therein are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from ieMentor’s administrator. All violators will be asked to leave and will be prevented from enrolling in any future ieMentor courses. The registration fee will not be refunded.
