This voice workbook is a godsend. I know their are tons of other workbooks out there. I was having troubles with putting it all together things when I bought other vendor workbooks. This workbook is really helping me a lot. This voice workbook gives me point to the point, covers most of the topics I need to prepare for voice lab. This is what you need for CCIE level exam. You don\'t need theory. For theory all vendor are already pointing you to the cisco.com website anyhow. I found many typo in other vendor ( i bought 3 other vendor workbook). some topics that you\'ll find aren\'t possible for example: first they\'ll ask the question to simulate transcoding then they\'ll say \"multicast\" the transcoded stream. You know multicast stream can not be transcoded. Most irretating thing i came across with other vendor was: Their screen dumps they put on their workbook to fill it and make it 1000+ pages. They either cover all page of text and page is half of the page and half page is left empty. Waste of paper. With this workbook, i found that ieMentor has done this with very professionally, the screen dumps are with the right screen size. Great highlighting on where one should be looking for what question is asking. I also loved the CCME/CUE handbook from ieMentor. It\'s so too the point and covers all exam topics. I don\'t think their is anything beyond you need to get 100% mark for SITE-C. This is certainly a must have for any new guy who havn\'t done much googleing about which workbook. I wasted about 4 months in terms of screening and making up my mind to decide which workbooks. At least this workbook works for me well and truely. My advise to ieMentor for further improvement, it would be nice to comment the command they\'ve mentinoed. so that we know if we are understanding the command right on spot and no need to google or see on cisco.com. I used this workbook to prepare for my voice lab in May this year. I have to say this is a great resource to help me get ready for the lab even though I didn\'t clear the lab this time (need to practice the speed) :P One thing I\'d like to suggest for this workbook is to add more gatekeeper and CUE scenarios. I want to thank iementor voice support staff for a great workbook and prompt responses to my questions that can be hard to answer in a short e-mail.
